The ex-girlfriend of former NFL athlete Zac Stacy testified Wednesday that she fears on her and her two children’s protection after presumably are violently assaulted by Stacy on November 13 in Oakland, Florida.
“I happened to be punched, slapped, literally picked up and thrown into my television then (he) chosen me up and slammed me personally into my son’s bouncy seat by my personal throat. This is not initially he’s been aggressive beside me. I am afraid for my personal protection as well as for my children’s security,” Kristin Evans told 9th Circuit Judge level S. Blechman.
In a mutual movement submitted because of the company regarding the State Attorney and Evans on November 19, Evans said that she specifically worries for her life.
Evans asked the court to boost Stacy’s bond and set him on house confinement, a consult Blechman finally rejected.
Evans posted graphic video clip through the event on her behalf Instagram membership and contains openly labeled as on NFL “to confront the truth that people are experiencing PTSD off their time playing pro-football.”

Evans states she intended to testify during Stacy’s preliminary judge look on November 19 but was not capable after the hearing began earlier than scheduled, according to research by the combined movement filed exactly the same time requesting she be permitted to testify which the judge reconsider the bond amount.
